What You Will Do:
- Identify and source potential carrier partners to expand our network.
- Maintain accurate records of carrier agreements and documentations.

About the role:
We are in search of a Live Ops Associate who will be responsible for real-time operational support, rider fleet coordination, and daily reporting. This role requires individuals with a strong grip on operations, quick problem-solving abilities, and sound knowledge of Excel.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor live dashboards to ensure seamless order flow and timely execution.
- Coordinate in real-time with riders and customers to resolve on-ground issues.
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and service standards.
- Control and manage the rider fleet, ensuring shift allocation and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance, and delivery metrics.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports with management.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize disruptions and maintain high service standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
- Support operations during peak hours, campaigns, and high-volume periods.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
