Business Development

As a Sales Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the line in generating net new revenue for the company. We are looking for candidates who are competitive, driven and have a passion for sales. 

What You Will Do:

  • “Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods (Visiting Clients, cold calling, presentations etc.)
  • Forecasting sales, developing out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Evaluating customers’ skills, needs, and building productive long-lasting relationships
  • Meeting personal and team sales targets
  • Researching accounts and generating or following through with sales leads
  • Attending meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Reporting and providing feedback to management using statistical data
  • Efficiently use HubSpot CRM to manage your sales pipeline, log activities, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Continuously improve your sales techniques by seeking feedback and applying best practices.

What We Are Looking For:

  • An experience of up to 2 years in B2B sales, preferably within the Logistics industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, to build quick rapport and connect with prospects.
  • Highly proactive and results-driven.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead sales conversations.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar tools.

Customer Experience

We are in search of a Customer Success Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries and technical issues are resolved efficiently. This role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Clients, providing accurate information and timely technical assistance.
  • Basic understanding of our product to troubleshoot Clients’ issues.
  • Accurately document, track, and monitor Clients’ issues to guarantee prompt resolution and high service quality.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple Clients’ requests to deliver a seamless Client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share client insights, feedback, and updates, ensuring alignment across departments for consistent service delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in technical Client service or helpdesk support, with a strong passion for helping clients and solving problems.
  • Proficiency with website and CRM applications, along with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, troubleshoot effectively, and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to track, resolve, and follow up on Clients’ issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Prior experience in software sales and support, banking, medical billing, and insurance industries will be preferred.

Operations

We are looking for an Executive Operations in our Fulfillment vertical. You will be joining in a lively and productive workplace where we work together to help other businesses run better.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with key supply stakeholders , onboard train and register truckers
  • Monitor and enhance performance of supply teams
  • Manage communications between sales and supply teams
  • Manage on-site operations on a daily basis, ensuring discipline and compliance as per previously set standards
  • Deal with any crises that may arise in order to ensure smooth flow of operations
  • Manage both, vendor side and client side, relationships
  • Manage the receivables/payments side of the operations by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (inter and intra company)
  • Strong interpersonal, MS Office, communication and presentation skills.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC approved institute.
  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics and preferably in logistics operations.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
