These terms of service (“TOS”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Truck It In (Private) Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), concerning your access to and use of this portal as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”) for the effective utilization and/or provision of services provided on, through or in connection to the Site (“Services”).
You agree to the following:
- Change – We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these TOS at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please keep yourself updated regarding these TOS. Your continued use of the Site, following the posting of changes to these TOS of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
- Account – The use/provision of Services on or through the Site requires an account identifying you as a user of the Site (“Account”) and you are solely responsible for your Account, the maintenance, confidentiality and security of your Account and all passwords related to your account. This shall apply to any and all activities that occur under your Account, including all activities of any persons who gain access to your Account with or without your permission and/or any payments related to your Account.
- Bank Account and Documentation – You will provide us with valid and updated bank account details including IBAN and title of the account holder (“Bank Account”). You will also provide us the requested documentation including but not limited to the name, identification number, address, front and back softcopy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). Further, in case the account holder is a legal entity, a softcopy of certificate of incorporation or any other related document which validates the business identity of the legal person (collectively, “Documentation”). The documentation required shall be for confirming the Bank Account holder’s information.
- Authorization – On the provision of Bank Account details and Documentation, you agree to duly authorize us to process payment(s) in the designated Bank Account. Such processing shall be made as per the timelines communicated by us to you.
- Privacy – The details provided by you shall be utilized only for the purpose of processing payments as agreed by you. All data, information, Bank Account details and Documentation shall be kept secure, and shall not be divulged to anyone or utilized for any other purpose.
- Liability – We shall not be liable for already processed payments which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data, Bank Account details and/or documentation provided by you or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to any direct or indirect damage or loss whatsoever for any interception and/or ‘hacking’ of any data or other unauthorised access to information provided by you.
- Undertaking – You warrant and undertake that the Bank Account, Documentation and any other information, as necessarily requested by us from time to time, provided to us is true, current, accurate and complete. You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to Account/Bank Account information, any unauthorized use of your Account/Bank Account, any issues arising in relation to your Bank Account, any other breach of security with respect to your Account, Bank Account or any Service provided through it and you agree to provide assistance to us, as requested, to stop or remedy any breach of security related to your Account.
